Barco OverView 70-inch Rear-Projection Video Wall Cube – MVL-721

The MVL-721 is an LED-lit DLP projection module with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 1,200,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. Brightness is 540 nits in High mode, 360 nits in Normal mode and 180 nits in Eco mode for the WV-FEL screen type. Sense X provides automatic real-time color and brightness calibration, and the LED light source has 6x redundancy for each of its three LEDs. Power is 70 W in Eco mode, 100 W typical and 150 W at maximum, and the unit supports HDCP 2.2.

The MVL-721 is designed for control rooms where space is not a constraint, and the manufacturer positions it as a follow-up to the OverView MVL-721 Gen1. It has two DisplayPort 1.2 inputs with one output, and two HDMI 2.0 inputs, all 4K at 60 Hz. Two Ethernet ports serve the built-in web server and the WEB service API for integration.
