Contract clauses that decide everything

If you do rent, read four lines before signing: the included page allowance and the per-page rate beyond it (excess rates are where rentals get expensive); minimum term and exit fees; service SLA (response hours, loaner machine); and toner inclusion — some contracts exclude colour toner, which transforms the maths.
